Schmitt's Florist

Fresh flowers, exceptional customer service, and true professionalism. From the moment I walked in, they took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations. I was searching for a specific type of flower, and they kindly explained that it was a spring flower and no longer in season since it was already summer. I truly appreciated their honesty and the time they took to educate me. The bouquet they created for my client was absolutely stunning. She was beyond happy, and thanks to their beautiful work, we were able to create the unique photos she had always dreamed of. They also prepared the bouquet carefully for transportation, making sure I could take it without damaging it. Their prices are fair, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I'll definitely be back soon. This place and its wonderful staff are truly a hidden gem in Louisville. Highly recommended!

Nice place! Had to speak to the lady twice for her to recognize I was speaking. Not very friendly, and one of the 12 roses was actually cut off and placed into the greenery. Shown in the picture. Won't go back to resolve this because of the unfriendly attitude, and will never shop here again.

I live on the West Coast and wanted to send flowers to a friend who is grieving. I wasn't thinking about the time difference and called at 9 am (Noon in KY) wanting flowers delivered the same day. They said their delivery truck left in 15 minutes, but they would do their best. They made her bouquet and had it delivered only a couple hours later. The surprise brightened her day and she said the flowers are absolutely beautiful. Thank you Schmitt's.

We have ordered flowers from here 3 times and the arrangements are perfect every single time! I bought some for my husband on our anniversary, and with how extravagant they were, well worth the money. I can confidently say Schmitt's will be our go to florist for anniversaries, birthdays, or just because.
